Mother’s Day Cards and A Few Extras

Good Morning friends,

Still waiting for spring to fully arrive here in Boston. One nice day followed by several days filled with rain and wind.  My garden is finally beginning to show signs of life and should pop maybe next week.  It’s all cleaned, all mulched and ready for the color!!

Today, I’m sharing this year’s Mother’s Day cards I’ve made.  Only a few styles but I made a total of 20 cards.

These two cards use the January 2019 Large die of the Month from Spellbinders.  A sweet bouquet of flowers for Mom.

For this card design, I used my Scan ‘n Cut for the “MOM’ words and simple punched flowers.

This is called a ‘spring’ card. Simple scoring makes the card spring out when removed from the envelope.

I’m also sharing cards made from some card kits I picked up several months ago.  I really like these kits because they include most everything needed to make many cards from one kit.

These cards were made using a “Pansy Card Kit”.

These cards were made using a “Sweets Card Kit”.

And these baby cards were made from a “Baby Card Kit”.

These two cards were made using a background Trellis die.

A stamped flower pot, some ribbon and a few die cut ovals make a cute and versatile card.

I’ll finish up with 2 special order kids birthday cards.

A Ninja Turtles card for a little boy.

And a sparkle Unicorn card for a little girl.

So that’s a wrap for this week.  Have a great week.

Linda
